Flow and Fusion
London
The garden was designed to flow out of a new single storey extension, part of a residential conversion by Hudson Featherstone Architects. A curving concrete ramp rises up from the main terrace over a shallow pool before descending towards the mirror steel gate that leads to the communal garden. The ramp is studded with random LED light fittings and softened with a border of bronze and violet perennials. Sculptural concrete blocks provide further access to the lawn area. Designed in collaboration with Helen Tindale.
