Hand-picked plants from local growers

Since the beginning of April we have been buying plants from local wholesale nurseries to order, and delivering them to the doorsteps of Bristol residents. The impetus for the service was to help our local growers, who were facing severe financial hardship over the closure of garden centres (their biggest market) and to avoid the depressing prospect of the disposal of millions of pounds worth of beautiful, top-quality stock. The service was very popular but for now we have decided to pause the operation. Many nurseries have now run of stock and young replacement stock is not quite ready for sale.
